Haier Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Sr. Factory Reporting & Operations Specialist to join their team in Lahore, Punjab. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operational excellence of one of the leading home appliance manufacturers in Pakistan.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of factory management, from budget analysis and KPI auditing to developing safety planning and coordinating with department heads. Key Responsibilities
As the Sr. Factory Reporting & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Budget Management:
- Conduct monthly budget analyses to monitor factory expenses and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Track and report on budget performance, identifying any variances and making recommendations to management.
- Safety Planning:
- Develop and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and report on any safety risks or incidents.
- Project & Department Analysis:
- Perform thorough project analyses and department evaluations on a regular basis to identify areas that need improvement.
- Ensure that all departments are operating efficiently and within set budgets.
- KPI Auditing:
- Regularly audit key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure all targets are being met.
- Strive to achieve 100% efficiency across all operational areas.
- Department Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to create Performance Under Investigation (PUI) documents and secure necessary approvals.
- Develop and present weekly meeting presentations to ensure alignment among all departments.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Ensure that all factory operations comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Develop new SOPs when necessary to improve operations and efficiency.
- Project & Meeting Management:
- Oversee the progress of key projects and tasks, ensuring all deadlines and specifications are met.
- Organize and manage monthly, semi-annual, and annual business meetings, ensuring timely execution of business plans.
- Team Building & Worker Management:
- Facilitate team-building activities to promote collaboration among factory staff.
- Manage worker engagement projects to enhance employee morale and productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations or reporting role within the manufacturing or factory environment.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, project management, and KPI monitoring.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with multiple departments and senior management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to improve operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), ERP systems, and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with factory operations, production processes, and safety regulations.
