ACE Money Transfer, a leading UK-based remittance service provider, is seeking a highly skilled ASO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. As an App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing app visibility and driving organic app installs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve ACE Money Transfer’s app discoverability across various platforms, contributing significantly to user acquisition and retention in global markets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target audience keywords for both web and app store content. Optimize keywords to boost app and web visibility.
  • Performance Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics and ASO platforms (e.g., AppRadar, AppTweak) to track and monitor performance metrics. Continuously refine ASO strategies to improve app downloads, organic traffic, and overall performance.
  • App Store Optimization: Enhance app listings on both iOS and Android app stores. Focus on optimizing titles, descriptions, screenshots, and keywords to improve discoverability, conversion rates, and overall app performance.
  • Competitor Analysis & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research into competitor strategies, analyzing trends and identifying new opportunities for app store optimization within the remittance industry.
  • Algorithm Adaptability: Stay updated with search engine and app store algorithm updates, quickly adjusting strategies to ensure compliance with industry best practices and continue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, content, and tech teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across app store listings and websites, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the marketing team, identifying areas of improvement and suggesting new tactics for better growth outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in ASO, with a strong track record of increasing organic app downloads, visibility, and app rankings across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • ASO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ASO strategies and hands-on experience in optimizing app store listings.
    • SEO Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization to drive organic growth for mobile apps.
    • Tools Proficiency: Expertise in SEO and ASO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, AppRadar, and AppTweak.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data from analytics tools to create actionable insights.
  • Content Optimization: Ability to create and optimize keyword-rich content that improves search ranking and download conversion.
  • Adaptability to Algorithm Changes: Skilled at adjusting to algorithm changes and applying best practices to adapt to updates on app stores and search engines.
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with different departments (design, content, tech) and achieve marketing goals.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, or ASO are preferred (Discuss during interview).
