Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to position the B2B eCommerce platform as a market leader.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, trends, and competitive advantages.

Platform Optimization

  • Collaborate with IT and product teams to enhance platform functionality for B2B needs, including bulk ordering, tiered pricing, and custom catalogs.
  • Introduce and implement innovative technologies to improve efficiency and buyer experience.

Business Development

  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and vendors to expand the platform’s reach.
  • Identify and onboard new B2B partners and suppliers to diversify product and service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with strategic business partners.
  • Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive awareness and conversions within target business segments.

Team Leadership

Qualifications

Experience Required
