This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. As a Business Developer Executive (Local Market), you will play a crucial role in identifying and expanding our market share by developing new business opportunities, managing relationships, and driving sales in the local market. You must be proficient in using LinkedIn for lead generation and building a network that yields high revenue opportunities.


Responsibilities

As a Business Developer Executive, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct detailed research on local markets to understand trends, potential clients, and competition.
    • Analyze customer needs and regulatory requirements to tailor business strategies effectively.
  • Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target organizations.
    • Initiate contact with prospects and effectively communicate our company’s value propositions.
    • Develop strategies to engage prospects and increase business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement & Presentations:
    • Present our products and services to local clients, customizing presentations to meet their specific needs.
    • Work with the internal team to create compelling proposals.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to close mutually beneficial deals.
  • Collaboration & Strategy Implementation:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
    • Assist in developing comprehensive sales strategies aimed at driving growth in international markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-ups.
    • Serve as the point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within a local market and marketing agencies.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and negotiation abilities to lead and close deals.
    • Knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and cultural nuances.
    • Proficient in using LinkedIn for lead generation and establishing a network.
    • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
    • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
