Resourceinn HRMS & Payroll is looking for a talented Content & Copywriter to join our dynamic team. As a Content and Copywriter, you will play a key role in creating compelling content to promote our services, drive engagement, and increase brand visibility. The role focuses on delivering clear and persuasive content across various digital platforms, making sure our company presents itself effectively to the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Research Industry Topics: Conduct thorough research from multiple online sources, interviews, and studies to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Write Marketing Copy: Create clear and engaging copy to promote our products and services across different channels such as emails, blogs, and websites.
- Content Drafting: Prepare well-structured drafts for publication on different content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Proofreading and Editing: Proofread and edit blog posts before submission for approval to ensure quality and consistency.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visually appealing and engaging articles.
- Keyword Research: Perform basic keyword research and follow SEO guidelines to optimize content and boost web traffic.
- Content Promotion: Actively share content on social media platforms to increase engagement and reach.
- Content Strategy: Identify gaps in current content, propose new topics, and refine content strategies for enhanced user engagement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand, maintaining style, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Email Campaigns: Develop and write compelling email marketing campaigns to reach potential and current clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, including research and content creation.
- Skills:
- Strong writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of grammar and style.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques for content optimization.
- Good research skills using various online and offline sources.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, organized, and punctual, with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
