Software Finder is looking for an experienced Content Manager to spearhead our content marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content plan aimed at driving organic growth and lead generation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure content quality, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO, content quality optimization, and a proven track record in leading content teams within tech or SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies focused on boosting organic visibility and supporting lead generation goals.
  • Content Quality & Optimization: Continuously review and improve content to ensure SEO optimization, brand voice alignment, and high-quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with teams in SEO, design, publishing, and quality assurance to meet objectives and optimize content delivery across channels.
  • Team Training & Development: Provide training to team members on various content types, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the team’s skills and efficiency.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Manage the optimization of key landing pages to boost organic traffic and maximize conversion rates.
  • SOPs & Workflow Management: Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient content creation, review processes, and optimization workflows.
  • Content Calendar & Sprint Management: Oversee the content calendar, ensuring that all deadlines are met while managing editorial sprints effectively.
  • Website Content Management: Lead the development and maintenance of content on company websites, ensuring the quality, relevance, and accuracy of all materials.
  • Industry Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor websites, and content strategies to uncover new opportunities and areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
    • Proven ability to drive organic traffic growth and lead generation through effective content strategies.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and hands-on experience with tools like CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and SEMrush.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to create content strategies that align with SEO goals and overall marketing objectives.
    • Proficiency in analyzing performance data and making strategy adjustments based on analytics.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience managing content teams and calendars.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Industry knowledge in the software or SaaS industry is highly advantageous.
    • Experience in training and mentoring content teams to elevate content quality.
