The Creative Content Creator role requires an individual who is passionate about crafting narratives, creating impactful visuals, and contributing to brand development through strategic storytelling. This full-time on-site position will allow you to work closely with our marketing team to enhance content strategies across various platforms and strengthen our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and original written content that aligns with Kamayi’s brand voice.
- Craft compelling narratives to attract and engage target audiences, ensuring consistency in tone and message across all platforms.
- Visual Design and Media Production:
- Create engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and social media visuals to complement written content.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure the overall visual style and storytelling is in line with the brand’s messaging.
- Collaboration and Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to implement content strategies that drive engagement and promote brand consistency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative content ideas.
- Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Utilize knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to create platform-specific content that appeals to a diverse audience.
- Contribute to content marketing campaigns, and ensure that content resonates with the brand’s target audience.
- SEO and Digital Marketing:
- Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing tools to increase organic reach and improve overall online presence.
- Implement digital marketing techniques to engage audiences across platforms and maintain a strong digital footprint.
- Attention to Detail & Consistency:
- Review and proofread all content for quality, clarity, and accuracy before publishing.
- Ensure that all content is aligned with Kamayi’s brand values, aesthetic, and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Content Writing and Copywriting skills, with the ability to craft strong, persuasive, and audience-focused copy.
- Experience in creating visual content (e.g., infographics, videos) to complement written materials.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective content marketing strategies.
- Creative thinking with a knack for generating innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SEO and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
