FuturLift is a leading digital marketing agency specializing in helping clinics, hospitals, and individual doctors improve their online presence and drive patient acquisition. With a track record of delivering guaranteed results, FuturLift helps healthcare providers attract 10-15 new patients within 30 days. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee our marketing efforts for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies for healthcare providers, focusing on increasing online visibility and patient acquisition.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring engagement and brand consistency.
- Drive lead generation efforts using various channels, including paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing, to attract new patients.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and other digital channels using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to improve performance.
- Oversee and guide the creation of content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring it aligns with the healthcare brand’s goals and messaging.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to optimize marketing campaigns and measure campaign success using KPIs.
- Develop reports and presentations for senior management on digital marketing performance and improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing with a focus on social media marketing, lead generation, and marketing strategy implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to assess and improve digital marketing efforts.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex digital strategies to diverse audiences.
- Experience in working collaboratively in a team setting and coordinating with different departments.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus (discuss during the interview).
