Bella is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in digital marketing channels to promote our natural and wellness-driven products. You will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful digital strategies, leading campaigns, and driving engagement across platforms to build and enhance Bella’s brand. This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to optimize content for target audiences.
- Lead Generation
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Utilize digital channels such as email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and social media to drive inbound leads.
- Marketing Analytics
- Use web analytics (Google Analytics, social media metrics, etc.) to track the performance of campaigns, understanding key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytical results to improve campaign performance.
- Digital Marketing Strategies
- Design and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies to elevate Bella’s online presence and sales.
- Collaborate with the content team to align the marketing strategies with Bella’s brand story and products.
- Campaign Management & Reporting
- Develop detailed reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and ensure cost-effective spending for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration and Leadership
- Work closely with other teams such as sales, product development, and design for coordinated marketing strategies.
- Lead and inspire junior marketing staff to implement day-to-day marketing activities effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consumer products or wellness brand.
- Expertise in social media marketing, lead generation, and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid digital ads.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Desired Attributes:
