Responsibilities:
- Digital Media Strategy: Plan, develop, and implement digital strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring their successful deployment, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Social Media Marketing: Oversee social media accounts and develop strategies to increase engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Digital Media Planning: Develop targeted digital media plans tailored to client goals, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
- YouTube Channel Management: Take ownership of Media Professionals’ YouTube channel, overseeing content creation, video production, and audience engagement strategies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Provide recommendations to improve future marketing activities based on key metrics and trends.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with design, creative, and content teams to ensure all marketing campaigns align with the overall strategy.
- Stay Updated on Trends: Constantly research and stay ahead of digital marketing trends, adapting strategies to new technologies and platforms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, particularly in media planning, digital strategy, and social media.
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in social media marketing and content strategy.
- Expertise in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to digital marketing.
- Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for campaign management, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.
- Experience in developing strategies and content specifically for YouTube.
- Certifications:
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certification.
- Meta Certification (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- YouTube Marketing Certification (preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
