GrowthRise Solutions is seeking 3 passionate and motivated E-commerce Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a full-time position located at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office. The successful candidates will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our e-commerce clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are ready to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support:
    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Management:
    Assist in processing returns, handling exchanges, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment by maintaining proper tracking and records.
  • Live Chat Assistance:
    Engage with customers through live chats to answer inquiries, troubleshoot account-related issues, and provide updates as needed.
  • Data Entry & Management:
    Enter and manage customer data, orders, and interactions using various systems and tools.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) to manage customer service activities and report tracking.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience:
    Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry (eBay experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Tech-savvy with a comfort level in using computer applications.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to commute daily to Bahria Town Phase 7 (on-site, not remote).
    • Ability to bring your own laptop (BYOL) to work daily.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
