The company is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager who will be responsible for managing the entire Ecommerce operation, including sales, marketing strategies, and customer interaction for the company’s online platforms.


Responsibilities

As the Ecommerce Manager, you will:

  • Oversee Online Sales Strategies: Lead the development and execution of online sales strategies to drive traffic and sales for the company’s Ecommerce platform.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop, implement, and analyze marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates across the platform.
  • Customer Communications: Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive experience on the website.
  • Manage Ecommerce Platform: Monitor the daily operations of the Ecommerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and enhanced user experience.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data trends, customer behavior, and sales performance to create actionable insights and optimize platform efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and successful online shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience & Skills:
    • Proven experience in Ecommerce management or a similar sales role.
    • Strong expertise in Ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and associated technologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
    • Solid knowledge of online retail trends and understanding of consumer behavior.
    • Ability to handle digital marketing and advertising campaigns, focusing on growing revenue through digital channels.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to stay current on Ecommerce and market trends.
    • Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
