As an Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company’s eCommerce initiatives. Your role will involve strategic planning and executing actions to maximize online sales and enhance our digital presence. You will oversee marketing campaigns, optimize eCommerce platforms, analyze data to improve sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful online retail operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize & Manage E-Commerce Sales: Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online revenue and increase customer acquisition.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales data, customer behaviors, and marketing performance to optimize strategies.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance online consumer experience by ensuring seamless website functionality, product visibility, and efficient checkout processes.
  • Product Listings & Inventory Management: Oversee online product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing to ensure optimal visibility and consistency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with digital marketing, IT, and operations teams to optimize the eCommerce platform, improve user engagement, and boost sales performance.
  • Report on Performance: Provide regular reports on performance metrics, trends, and results, recommending improvements to increase revenue and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in eCommerce management and sales, including at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
    • Experience with online marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Proficient in understanding online consumer behavior and market trends to develop effective strategies.
    • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, payment systems, and online retail processes.
