As part of this ambitious journey, BAT Pakistan is excited to announce a future opportunity for an E-commerce Associate based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce Operations: Support the day-to-day management and maintenance of BAT’s e-commerce websites, ensuring the sites are functioning effectively on both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Sales Tracking and Performance: Monitor daily e-commerce sales performance and collaborate with distributors and fulfillment agencies to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Site Maintenance: Conduct daily site checks for technical issues, raise any concerns with the IDT team, and follow up on any glitches to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order Management: Handle orders, track stock movement between distributors and fulfillment agencies, and ensure timely fulfillment to avoid any out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
  • Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports and reconcile sales, VAT returns, and invoices with relevant partners.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Work with customer care agencies to handle inquiries, complaints, and compensation requests within allocated budgets.
  • Collaboration: Partner with various internal teams and external stakeholders, including agencies and suppliers, to manage site issues, product availability, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or related fields, preferably in managing online store operations (e.g., Shopify storefront management).
  • Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with both local and international teams.
    • Prior experience working with overseas clients and agencies is an added advantage.
