HR Business Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Google Ads Expert to manage and optimize digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns to deliver measurable marketing ROI, improving business metrics for clients, and ensuring successful online advertising performance. Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management & Strategy:
    • Develop and execute optimization strategies to improve business metrics.
    • Manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads for clients.
    • Set up and manage campaigns, tracking, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly tasks on digital platforms.
    • Develop ad copy, perform keyword research, and ensure optimal campaign structure.
    • Monitor keyword bids, quality score, CTR, impression share, and other account metrics.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations for improving ad performance.
    • Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and track key indicators.
    • Prepare comprehensive performance reports, including overall campaign, ad group, and keyword performance.
    • Set up and monitor conversion tracking, ensuring accurate reporting of ROI.
  3. Collaboration & Research:
    • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning, ad copy, and graphic design.
    • Work with SEO teams to ensure keyword research aligns with SEM strategies.
    • Perform competitor research and share insights with the content team to refine ad copies.
    • Research and present digital marketing plans tailored to each client’s business goals.
  4. Optimization & Testing:
    • Implement A/B testing, monitor results, and make data-driven optimizations.
    • Suggest improvements for campaign performance, focusing on revenue, sales, and conversions.
    • Work on Performance Max campaigns, diversifying targeting methods and re-marketing strategies.
    • Integrate third-party software and conversion analytics tools to track success.
  5. Client Interaction:
    • Prepare and present campaign reports to clients, offering clear data storytelling.
    • Understand client needs and objectives, developing actionable plans to meet their marketing goals.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients and adjust strategies based on their evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in paid search/paid social advertising or similar roles.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
    • Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and web analytics tools.
    • Expertise in setting up and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client presentations and reporting.
    • Knowledge of international markets, particularly the USA, and digital marketing trends.
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
    • Google Ads certifications will be a plus.

Working Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time
