Dost, a leading company at the forefront of AI and machine learning innovations, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Lead to lead the development and implementation of complex machine learning models. This role will be based on-site in Lahore, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge machine learning projects in collaboration with a dynamic data science team. You will be responsible for overseeing various machine learning projects, developing algorithms, analyzing statistical data, and implementing deep learning models. Responsibilities
- Lead Machine Learning Projects: Manage and lead machine learning initiatives from design to deployment, ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Develop & Implement Models: Design and develop machine learning algorithms, including deep learning models, to address complex business problems.
- Analyze Data: Work with large datasets to extract valuable insights and optimize machine learning models based on statistical analysis and testing.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the data science team and other departments to develop integrated solutions and ensure the success of machine learning implementations.
- Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence to integrate new techniques and methods into the company’s projects.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers, helping them grow professionally while maintaining high standards for development.
- Optimization & Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance, accuracy, and computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Proven expertise in developing machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
- Previous experience in leading machine learning projects is highly desired.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong foundation in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and algorithm development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing and large-scale computing systems is a plus.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach complex challenges methodically and innovatively.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and lead project teams through machine learning and data science challenges.
