Responsibilities

As the Marketing and Client Relations representative, you will be responsible for various client-facing tasks that ensure high client satisfaction and effective project management. Your duties will include:

  • Client Communication: Professionally manage and respond to client calls and emails in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client needs, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, updating management on ongoing projects or any client-specific concerns.
  • Follow-up: Draft and send follow-up emails, proposals, and quotations, ensuring clients receive the necessary information.
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule client calls, meetings, and appointments, keeping all parties aligned on timelines.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with basic marketing tasks such as campaign coordination, data organization, and maintaining marketing materials.
  • Reporting: Maintain client records and provide weekly progress updates to management, tracking client satisfaction and project status.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in client handling, customer service, or marketing-related roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent multitasking capabilities to manage various client accounts simultaneously.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, for documentation, reporting, and scheduling tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, ensuring that all client interactions and documentation are accurate and consistent.
