AZ Software Solutions is looking for a passionate and organized Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing department in various administrative and strategic tasks. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a critical role in organizing marketing campaigns, conducting research, managing promotional activities, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation and coordination of the marketing department.
- Campaign Support: Assist marketing executives in organizing and executing various marketing projects and campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze consumer ratings, surveys, and questionnaires to help shape marketing strategies.
- Data Analytics: Use marketing analytics tools to gather important data (social media metrics, website analytics, rankings, etc.).
- Database Management: Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with financial, statistical, and non-financial information.
- Event Organization: Help organize promotional events, digital or traditional campaigns, and attend them to ensure their success.
- Content Creation: Prepare and deliver promotional presentations; create content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
- Marketing Literature: Write and edit marketing materials (brochures, press releases, etc.) to strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Client Communication: Engage directly with clients and build trusting, professional relationships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a marketing assistant or in a similar marketing role.
- Education: High School diploma required; a BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other online marketing applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
