We are looking for a passionate and driven Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive sales growth by fostering strong client relationships, managing property demonstrations, and facilitating seamless deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Property Demonstrations: Showcase available property units through site visits and demonstrations to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Deal Closures: Close sales deals efficiently, ensuring high conversion rates and a smooth transaction process.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, providing continuous communication to address any client concerns or evolving requirements.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate market trends and local property developments to offer valuable insights to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align on strategies and achieve targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry or a similar field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for sales and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
