Khired Networks is looking for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our team in DHA Phase 6 Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance our website’s visibility, drive organic traffic, and ultimately increase our online presence. You will collaborate closely with content creators, web developers, and designers to optimize website content and structure, ensuring we consistently achieve top search engine rankings.


Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across various search engines.
  • Website Analysis: Analyze traffic data, keyword performance, and other metrics to assess SEO performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value, high-conversion keywords and phrases.
  • Content Optimization: Work with content creators to optimize landing pages, blog posts, product pages, and more, ensuring content is SEO-friendly and aligns with search engine requirements.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and generate reports on key SEO metrics, including search engine rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates. Adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous growth.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct competitor analysis to understand industry trends, benchmarking, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage external relationships with vendors including PPC agencies, link-building services, and other relevant service providers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.
  • Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Expert knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
    • Proficient in keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed, strategic decisions.
    • Solid communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with content, development, and design teams.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and others.
