We are seeking a passionate Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist who will play a pivotal role in improving our website’s visibility and search engine rankings. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in SEO best practices, who can stay ahead of the curve with evolving search engine algorithms. You will be responsible for optimizing our content, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to boost organic traffic.


Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Implementation
    • Develop, implement, and optimize on-page, off-page, and white-hat SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
    • Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to discover new growth opportunities.
    • Continuously monitor, analyze, and adjust SEO strategies based on performance metrics and trends.
  • Content Optimization
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and on-page elements to align with best SEO practices.
    • Work closely with content creators to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with user intent.
  • Technical SEO
    • Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues, ensuring all aspects of the website are optimized for performance.
    • Collaborate with the development team to implement SEO best practices in website structure, site speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Link Building & Outreach
    • Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase the site’s domain authority and search engine ranking.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Track SEO performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve organic visibility, including traffic reports, keyword performance, and website performance reports.
  • Trend Monitoring & Adaptation
    • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging SEO tactics.
    • Adapt SEO strategies to stay ahead of search engine algorithm changes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
    • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
    • Experience in optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and implementing link-building strategies.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions and improve SEO performance.
    • Creative problem-solving abilities to design innovative SEO strategies.
    • Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in SEO algorithms and industry trends.
