Blue Star Manufacturing (Pvt) Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Amazon Marketplace Expert to lead and optimize its presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. This position will play a key role in driving sales, managing product listings, overseeing team performance, and expanding market reach across multiple online channels, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce, particularly Amazon marketplace management, and a proven track record of achieving strong sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Strategy:
    Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand presence on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, such as eBay, Walmart, and Etsy. Align strategies with business goals and adapt them according to international market trends.
  • Product Listings Management:
    Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality product listings, focusing on keyword research, A+ content creation, and ensuring compliance with platform-specific policies. Ensure that listings are competitive, appealing, and optimized to drive conversions on Amazon (FBA & FBM), eBay, Walmart, and Etsy.
  • Amazon PPC & Advertising Campaigns:
    Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve visibility, traffic, and ROI. Monitor and analyze ad performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Multi-Platform Management:
    Develop strategies for product marketing and listing optimization on various platforms like eBay, Walmart, Etsy, and others. Ensure brand consistency and performance alignment across all marketplaces.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the Amazon and e-commerce teams to ensure high-quality performance and achievement of sales targets. Set clear goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative and innovative culture.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities. Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for management and stakeholders.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    Oversee inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
  • Customer Experience Optimization:
    Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback across platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, product development, and design, to align e-commerce strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-9 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on Amazon marketplace management.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and optimizing product listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • In-depth experience with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
