Nexius is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Associate to join their dynamic marketing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. As a key player in our marketing department, you will contribute to building the brand’s image, increasing engagement, and supporting overall marketing goals through strategic digital campaigns and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, conduct competitor analysis, and gather insights to shape data-driven strategies.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Plan, design, and implement engaging social media campaigns, events, and activities that align with the company’s culture, values, and objectives.
- Content Creation: Design and craft engaging content, including graphics, copy, and videos for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Account Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts by scheduling, publishing posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to followers in a timely manner to enhance engagement.
- Social Media Optimization: Use analytics and social media metrics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on emerging social media platforms, best practices, and the latest digital marketing tools to continuously innovate and enhance the company’s digital presence.
- Video Production & Editing: Produce high-quality videos for social media by utilizing editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software, and collaborating on video concepts and storyboards with the creative team.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and trends.
- Ability to write compelling copy, create eye-catching graphics, and produce engaging videos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work on creative problem-solving tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities, ensuring consistent and high-quality work across multiple projects.
