Responsibilities
The Specialist Performance Marketing & Analytics will be responsible for managing and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns. You will work across a variety of platforms to ensure that the campaigns achieve optimal performance, leading to increased user engagement and retention. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor Digital Campaigns
- Oversee and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Track metrics like CPI (Cost Per Install), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), and user engagement to evaluate success.
- Generate Reports and Insights

- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance, optimizing spending and strategy for higher returns.
- Real-Time Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Ensure accurate data collection from tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, and AppsFlyer.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation
- Run experiments to evaluate different creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding models.
- Analyze the effectiveness of these experiments to identify the best-performing combinations.
- Optimize Acquisition Funnels
- Analyze user acquisition funnels and improve conversion rates by identifying and addressing inefficiencies.
- Focus on finding the most cost-effective channels for acquiring high-quality users.
- Budget Tracking and Reconciliation
- Track daily and monthly campaign spending to ensure adherence to the marketing budget.
- Work with the media finance team to reconcile spend and report on the ROI and campaign efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with product, brand, and analytics teams to align digital marketing efforts with company goals.
- Present data-driven insights and performance updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
