We are currently looking for a Brand Strategy and Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing and branding efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in developing and executing effective social media strategies, brand messaging, and team management, along with proven expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
As the Brand Strategy and Social Media Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, ensuring alignment across all digital platforms and maintaining consistent messaging.
- Collaborating with social media teams and media buyers to create engaging and targeted content for ads, campaigns, and social media plans.
- Leading and managing the social media marketing team, providing guidance, strategy, and support for successful campaign execution.
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of social media and media buying across different platforms to ensure seamless execution.
- Planning and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that are aligned with clearly defined business objectives and campaign goals.
- Managing advertising budgets, ensuring cost optimization, effective budget allocation, and timely execution of campaigns.
- Creating and curating engaging content for digital platforms (websites, blogs, email marketing, social media), working in collaboration with designers and content creators.
- Developing a detailed social media content calendar and ensuring the timely execution of posting schedules and campaign launches.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, website traffic, and user behavior through analytics tools and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Providing detailed reports and performance analysis to clients, showcasing key insights, campaign outcomes, and actionable recommendations.
- Staying updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing techniques to keep brand presence fresh and relevant.
- Identifying opportunities for social media innovation, using new tools and approaches to increase audience engagement and expand reach.
- Ensuring consistency in brand voice and tone across all social media platforms, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Working closely with clients to understand their social media goals and adapt strategies to meet their expectations.
- Managing task management systems effectively, tracking all digital marketing activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications and skills:
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing and social media management role, with experience in leading teams and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other essential digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and task management tools.
- Expertise in strategizing and overseeing engaging content across various digital channels.
- Experience in end-to-end marketing campaign execution, including planning, budget management, and monitoring.
- Skilled in analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights for optimization and improved performance.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage advertising budgets and optimize cost-per-result.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, emerging tools, and evolving platform features.
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams effectively and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to clearly present data, insights, and recommendations.
