Responsibilities

- Write compelling captions, posts, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Utilize tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Canva for creative designs.
- Channel & Platform Management:
- Oversee and maintain consistency across YouTube and social media platforms.
- Schedule posts and manage content calendars using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Stay updated on YouTube algorithms, SEO practices, and social media best practices.
- Audience Engagement:
- Actively monitor audience comments and messages across platforms.
- Foster a sense of community by promptly responding to queries and engaging users.
- Content Strategy:
- Plan and execute future content strategies based on market trends and analytics.
- Ideate innovative approaches to drive growth, engagement, and brand recognition.
- Performance Analysis:
- Analyze key performance metrics across all digital platforms.
- Provide insights to optimize content strategies and improve results.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video editing and managing social media platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube and social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, storytelling, and time-management skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and innovative ideas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
