We’re seeking a Social Media Optimization Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Develop, curate, and post engaging content (images, videos, and text) across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Strategy Development: Craft and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions while aligning with broader marketing objectives.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and track multi-channel social media campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive and consistent brand voice.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, and audience growth) using analytics tools; leverage insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and strengthen credibility.
- Trends & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our social media presence.
- Content Scheduling: Manage a detailed content calendar, ensuring the timely delivery of posts, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in social media optimization, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in managing major social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a creative mindset.
- Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, and SEO principles.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
