RT WEB Solutions is looking for a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising and eager to make an impact with data-driven Google Ads campaigns. You will work closely with the content, design, and analytics teams to plan, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that support the company’s marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup and Management: Design, create, and launch Google Ads campaigns targeting specific audiences and business goals. Oversee ad creation, bidding strategies, and budgeting.
- Ongoing Campaign Monitoring: Continuously analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to track progress and optimize campaigns. Adjust bids, ad copy, and targeting strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign data and make adjustments to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per lead, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall return on investment (ROI).
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, including data analysis and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep track of the latest Google Ads updates, changes to the platform, and new features to adjust strategies accordingly and stay ahead of the curve.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage Google Ads budgets, ensuring campaigns are running efficiently within financial constraints.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven Experience: Previous experience working as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role with a strong understanding of Google Ads Manager.
- Certification Required: Google Ads certification or a certification in digital marketing is mandatory.
- Proficiency: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and apply optimization strategies.
- Bidding and Targeting Expertise: Solid understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Creative Testing: Experience in A/B testing, creative testing, and applying results to campaign improvements.
- Performance Metrics: Familiarity with key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and how to use them to optimize campaigns.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and explain campaign performance clearly. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
