Currently, we are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on identifying high-quality leads, building strong relationships, and driving business growth by targeting key decision-makers, especially in the IT sector.
Responsibilities
As a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist at Solvefy, you will be expected to:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, engage, and connect with potential high-quality leads through LinkedIn, primarily within the IT sector.
- Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with prospective clients by conducting personalized outreach, establishing trust, and offering value.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on their business needs, ensuring that their requirements align with Solvefy’s offerings and capabilities.
- CRM Management: Maintain an organized and updated record of lead data and interactions within our CRM system, ensuring effective lead tracking and follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads to the next stages of the sales process.
- Strategy Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine outreach methods and strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and meet or exceed assigned targets.
Qualifications
We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist who meets the following requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in LinkedIn-based lead generation, with substantial experience within the IT sector.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with prospects effectively.
- Proficiency: Proficient in the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems for tracking, managing, and optimizing leads.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT services, solutions, and the specific needs of IT companies is preferred.
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals and KPIs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
