AIOBC is seeking a Social Media Manager with expertise in photo and video content creation to help manage and enhance the company’s social media presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual to contribute to our digital marketing strategy, engage with a growing audience, and produce high-quality media content using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom. As part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in defining the brand’s visual identity and expanding its reach across platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with AIOBC’s business goals.
  • Manage social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with timely and engaging posts.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content that reflects the brand’s voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, ensuring excellent community engagement.
  • Track social media trends, platform changes, and analytics to continuously optimize strategy and content performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events.

Photo & Video Content Creation:

  • Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Use Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and other relevant software to enhance and finalize media content.
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and create dynamic video content, including reels, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Maintain an organized digital media library, ensuring all assets are easily accessible.

Data-Driven Strategy:

  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to gauge the performance of posts and content.
  • Continuously test new content formats and styles to determine what resonates most with audiences.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, offering insights and recommendations for content strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator, with a strong portfolio of photo and video work showcasing skills in visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.
  • Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for design.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and adapt strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • A deep passion for creativity, innovation, and staying ahead of social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus.
  • Background in photography or videography.
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid advertising strategies for social media to enhance reach and engagement.
