Do you have a passion for creating engaging social media content and building thriving online communities? SkyLift Marketing is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to focus on growing LinkedIn communities for global clients. As the LinkedIn Social Media Manager, you’ll act as the client’s primary social media liaison, create impactful content, strategize, and oversee the success of all social media campaigns.
This position offers a hybrid working environment, giving you the flexibility of working from home, with one week onsite every month in Johar Town, Lahore.
Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Understand client brand identity, objectives, and target audience to develop tailored social media strategies that drive measurable results.
- Content Creation: Craft 15-25 engaging posts per week that align with the brand’s voice, ensuring they grab attention and resonate with the audience.
- Social Media Strategy Development: Plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies to increase audience engagement, improve performance, and achieve ROI.
- Emerging Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and utilize research to create data-driven content ideas tailored to client needs and niche.
- Content Management: Develop and manage content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring timely content delivery.
- Video Scripting: Write compelling scripts for viral videos, incorporating hooks, core messages, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
- Copywriting and Engagement: Create captivating captions, hashtags, and copy for posts, campaigns, and ads tailored for each platform.
- Conversion Funnel Building: Develop strategies to turn engagement into measurable sales, build a profitable newsletter system, and address clients’ feedback.
- Client Support: Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative teams and Social Media Engagement Specialists (SMEs) to ensure content alignment.
- Engagement Strategy: Develop and adjust engagement strategies based on feedback and platform algorithm changes to optimize reach and community interaction.
- Campaign Analytics: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions), provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies for client success.
- Community Building: Nurture and maintain engaged communities by continuously interacting with followers and driving conversations.
- Results-Driven Performance: Set goals, track OKRs, and analyze performance metrics to ensure client growth and achieve KPIs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in social media marketing, especially LinkedIn, with proven results.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (minimum requirement).
- Copywriting Skills: Strong content creation and copywriting skills, attention to detail, and ability to generate engaging ideas.
- Platform Expertise: Solid understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with flexible hours as some international client interactions may extend beyond standard working hours.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally.
- Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with western cultures for international client communication.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with teams, including creatives and SMEs.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing social media data and using it to guide strategy and decision-making.
- Flexible Working: Must be prepared to work onsite 1 week a month (Johar Town, Lahore).
