Social Media Manager – Pak 24 7 News

We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join Pak 24 7 News. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of social media strategies that enhance the brand’s visibility, build audience engagement, and increase overall digital footprint. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop, create, and curate compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Engagement & Community Management: Monitor, engage with, and grow the audience across social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and creating discussions.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and traffic to the website.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance and generate reports to evaluate success. Adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Digital Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing and implement innovative strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality social media content and campaigns.
  • Brand Awareness: Use social media to strengthen and promote Pak 24 7 News’ brand image and messaging.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a social media manager or similar role, preferably in the media or news industry.
  • Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and the ability to develop strategies that boost engagement and reach.
  • Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative ability to produce engaging visual and written content.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to monitor and assess performance.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple platforms.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
