Ropstam Solutions Inc. is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing campaigns that drive online growth, increase engagement, and build brand presence. You will be expected to stay ahead of digital trends and use your creativity to support the brand mission and deliver meaningful impact to our growing audience.
As the Social Media Marketer, you will play a key role in connecting our brand with the digital community, ensuring an engaging and authentic social media presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy Development:
- Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and continuous growth of Ropstam’s social media presence, including daily posts, social campaigns, partnerships, platform management, and community engagement.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Create and curate original content, including user-generated content (UGC), to align with both organic and paid marketing efforts.
- Focus on video content creation, from filming to editing, ensuring both short-form and long-form content resonates with our audience.
- Collaboration & Branding:
- Work closely with the Creative and Marketing departments to ensure a consistent voice, look, and feel for the brand across all social channels.
- Community Building:
- Build, nurture, and expand a highly engaged and active community of users who align with our brand values.
- Experiment with innovative ways to increase growth and encourage community engagement across various digital platforms.
- Real-Time Opportunities:
- Capture and capitalize on live events and timely social opportunities that are relevant to the audience and community.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to evaluate social media performance and propose improvements.
- Autonomy & Motivation:
- Work independently in a self-motivated manner and contribute collaboratively to the broader team’s goals.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the IT/Software industry or an E-Commerce setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing and growing social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Content Creation Skills:
- Strong experience in video content creation, including the ability to film, edit, and post short-form and long-form videos that drive engagement.
- Analytical Expertise:
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools and working with KPIs to evaluate performance and adapt strategies.
- Design & Aesthetics:
- A sharp eye for aesthetic design, details, and the ability to create visually compelling posts and stories for digital platforms.
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse social media platforms.
- Self-Motivation & Independence:
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative while also collaborating effectively with the team and external partners.
