Crushing Talent is seeking a passionate and skilled TikTok Expert to join our team in Lahore, Punjab. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are well-versed in TikTok’s eCommerce features and know how to harness its potential to drive sales. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the TikTok Shop, optimizing listings, and creating engaging content to grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Shop Management: Handle end-to-end operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring the smooth running of the store and product listings.
- Optimize Listings: Ensure products are accurately listed with compelling descriptions and optimized for visibility and conversion.
- Product Research: Conduct research to identify trending and high-demand products that align with market interests.
- Ad Campaigns: Plan, run, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic to the shop.
- Influencer Collaborations: Establish and manage partnerships with influencers to promote products effectively and enhance brand exposure.
- Engaging Content Creation: Develop and manage a content strategy, including regular TikTok videos, to increase follower engagement and sales.
- Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategies designed to grow sales and improve overall business performance on TikTok.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shops and increasing sales through strategic listings and promotions.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, user behavior, and how to optimize content for engagement.
- Experience in TikTok ads (both paid and organic) and influencer marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create compelling and engaging video content that aligns with brand goals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and influencers.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, marketing strategies, and social media platforms is a plus.
