Key Responsibilities

  • Hospital Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring seamless functioning across all departments.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage hospital staff to ensure optimal performance and a collaborative work environment.
  • Clinical & Patient Care Oversight: Supervise clinical services and ensure that patient care is of the highest quality, adhering to best practices and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Handle the budget and financial aspects of hospital operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality care.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure the hospital complies with healthcare regulations and standards, focusing on quality control measures.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve hospital operations, patient care, and staff development.
  • Patient Satisfaction & Feedback: Track and enhance patient satisfaction, addressing concerns and feedback to improve overall hospital experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital management or healthcare administration is required. Experience in a leadership position is highly preferred.
