We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role will involve ensuring that all our operations meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Audits: Conduct weekly visits to different branches to assess and ensure adherence to the company’s quality standards.
  • Quality Reports: Maintain accurate quality reports, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with both regulatory and internal quality standards.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all operations and processes meet established standards such as ISO, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other quality management systems.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Oversee the enforcement of food safety regulations and standards to guarantee the safety of all products.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and provide solutions to maintain or enhance product quality.
  • Training and Support: Assist in the development of training programs for staff to ensure a clear understanding and adherence to quality assurance practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively address any operational issues that may affect the product’s quality, developing effective solutions to ensure compliance with set standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in quality assurance or food safety management within the industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge: A strong understanding of ISO standards, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
  • Compliance Understanding: Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food safety and industry standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, precision, and maintaining standards in all operations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with teams, management, and external bodies.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions to maintain operational quality.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
