Job Responsibilities
As an Associate Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
2. Required Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales (preferred but not required).
