Silverlight.coo is seeking a motivated and self-driven Research Analyst to join our remote team. This commission-based role offers the opportunity to work from home, offering flexibility in working hours while requiring consistent effort to meet performance targets. You will be responsible for sourcing and submitting expert profiles for client projects, sending emails via Zoho, and messaging candidates on LinkedIn, all while focusing on lead generation and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Send outreach emails via Zoho to experts and potential clients.
- Contact potential candidates through LinkedIn to assess fit for various client projects.
- Profile Sourcing & Submission:
- Review, source, and screen expert profiles based on client needs for specific projects.
- Submit expert profiles after completing necessary screenings and introductory processes.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinator:
- Work closely with the project coordinator to ensure experts are considered by clients, facilitating the scheduling and completion of interviews.
- Track and document the submission and booking process.
Key Metrics:
- Credit System:
A credit is earned when you source and submit an expert who completes the required screening process and a 60-minute call with a client.- Credit Earnings: $80 per credit.
- Subsequent Bookings: If an expert is booked again, subsequent bookings are counted as 0.5 credits.
- Expert Submissions:
You will earn additional payments for each expert you successfully submit to clients.- Submission Earnings: $3 per expert submission (when the expert signs up, completes screening, and is submitted).
Potential Earnings Example:
- 10 credits earned = 10 x $80 = $800
- 30 submissions = 30 x $3 = $90
- Total Earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- LinkedIn Profile:
- An updated LinkedIn account with at least 100 connections is required for outreach and candidate messaging.
- Commitment:
- 8 hours/day availability for this role. The schedule is flexible, but consistent effort is needed to meet goals and targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and outreach skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable using online platforms like Zoho, LinkedIn, and submission systems.

- Earn commissions based on performance, with payment for each credit and expert submission.
