Silverlight Coo is looking for a highly motivated Research Analyst to join our remote team on a commission-based role. As a Research Analyst – Expert Booker, you will play a key part in sourcing and connecting expert professionals with clients through strategic outreach. This role requires proactive lead generation, client communication, and expert profiling. It offers a great opportunity for fresh graduates looking to gain experience in recruitment or lead generation while earning competitive commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach via Email and LinkedIn: Send targeted emails using Zoho and message potential candidates on LinkedIn to source expert profiles for client projects.
- Expert Profiling: Review and evaluate expert profiles to match them with the client’s needs and submit the profiles for consideration.
- Expert Registration: Guide potential experts through the sign-up process, ensuring they complete necessary screening questions to be considered for client projects.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with the project coordinator to ensure that sourced experts are successfully booked for client calls.
- Credit and Submission Tracking: Maintain and track all expert submissions and credits to meet your targets and maximize earnings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years of lead generation, recruitment, or relevant experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
- LinkedIn: Must have an updated LinkedIn profile with at least 100 connections.
- Availability: Able to commit to a total of 8 hours per day, with flexible working hours. Consistent effort is essential to meet performance targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills for effective outreach and professional messaging.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage expert sourcing efficiently.
Compensation:
This is a fully commission-based role with the following structure:
- For every credit:
- $80 per credit (a credit is earned when an expert is booked for a 60-minute call with the client).
- For every expert submission:
- $3 per expert submission (submission refers to signing up an expert and submitting them to the client).
Example Earnings:
- 10 credits = $800
- 30 expert submissions = $90
Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions = $890.
