Programmers Force is seeking a Research Associate to support research operations and contribute to product management activities. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who have a background in Social Science, Political Science, Management and Technology, Computer Science, or any related field, with a focus on data research, data analysis, and quality assurance (QA). The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, able to work with data, and passionate about contributing to meaningful research projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth product-based research and data collection, ensuring data accuracy and quality throughout the research process.
- Assist in product-based research tasks, including data extraction, mapping, and analysis.
- Support ongoing data research, maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring the timely completion of all projects.
- Apply quality assurance (QA) practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of collected data.
- Produce research reports that effectively communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret research data using tools like Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure research goals are met, and provide valuable insights for decision-making and project development.
Qualifications
- Degree: A degree in Social Science, Political Science, Management and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Research Experience: Final research project related to research with a demonstrated capacity for independent project execution.
- Prior Experience: Experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar role that involves product-based research is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic research tools.
- Certifications: Certification in Quality Assurance (QA) or knowledge of any programming language is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting research findings.
- Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience in research operations and active participation in extracurricular activities such as debating societies or similar clubs.
