Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Understand and assess client requirements, ensuring they receive relevant information and guidance on property units.
- Property Demonstrations: Provide clients with detailed property demonstrations and site visits, answering any questions they may have.
- Sales Closures: Ensure timely closure of deals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-ups: Consistently follow up with clients to track the evolution of their requirements and ensure the best possible match.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients for potential future sales and long-term success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Sales Passion: A passion for sales, excellence in customer service, and a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
