Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy Development
    • Develop, implement, and execute strategic sales plans to meet the company’s targets and objectives.
    • Set clear sales goals for yourself and the sales team, consistently monitoring performance to achieve business outcomes.
  2. Team Management and Leadership
    • Lead and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with sales objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive environment to maximize team success.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with other departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, making actionable recommendations to boost sales efforts.
  4. Market & Competitor Analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Leverage this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and effectively position Nayatel’s services in the market.
  5. Sales Growth Initiatives
    • Assist in creating and executing marketing initiatives that complement sales efforts, increasing brand awareness and driving sales growth.
    • Develop and execute sales campaigns, promotional offers, and special projects to maximize market penetration.
  6. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, enhancing client loyalty and retention.
    • Address client needs proactively, working with the team to resolve any service issues quickly.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • 16 years of education with a minimum of 60% marks in Matric/Intermediate.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within the telecom or related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and internal teams.
    • A proactive and self-starting attitude with a passion for sales.
    • Ability to analyze sales metrics, market conditions, and customer data to improve performance.
