Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Sales Manager in Real Estate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: Generating and nurturing leads to buy, sell, or rent properties.
- Market Expertise: Counseling clients on current market conditions, pricing trends, and mortgage options.
- Valuation: Developing competitive market prices through property comparisons and analysis.
- Property Listings: Creating and maintaining comprehensive property listings with details such as location, features, and square footage.
- Showcasing Properties: Conducting property viewings for potential buyers and renters.
- Negotiations: Facilitating and managing negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Contract Reviews: Ensuring purchase contracts comply with agreed terms and standards.
- Promotion: Marketing properties through advertisements, listings, and open house events.
- Documentation: Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other legal documents for real estate transactions.
- License Maintenance: Keeping an active real estate license and staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Must be a licensed real estate agent in good standing with the local realtor board (or an inactive agent able to reactivate their license immediately).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
