Responsibilities
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will:
- Understand and align with the company’s vision and mission to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Set actionable goals and devise strategies for achieving business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and expand the company’s reach.
- Pursue and manage leads throughout the sales cycle, from initiation to closure.
- Develop tailored quotes and proposals for prospective clients to meet their needs effectively.
- Train and mentor junior staff in business development.
- Attend conferences and industry events to build strong networks and stay informed about market trends.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently while ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure while handling multiple projects.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
