We are currently seeking a driven Cold Caller/Sales Representative to help expand the reach of our services by engaging with physician entrepreneurs in need of specialized financial, strategic, and digital advisory services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Sagan’s mission while working in a dynamic remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

As a Cold Caller/Sales Rep, your role will be integral to the company’s success and growth, specifically in driving new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients using cold calling and email strategies to introduce Sagan’s services to physician entrepreneurs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and foster strong relationships with prospects to better understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that will help them maximize the value of their practices.
  • Sales Meetings & Conversion: Schedule and secure meetings with potential clients, progressing through the sales process to close deals and meet performance targets.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and prospect progress using HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate tracking and management.
  • LinkedIn Prospecting: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential leads from the physician community and beyond.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieve and exceed KPIs, specifically making an average of 225 cold calls per day and successfully closing deals in line with set targets.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide clear and concise daily activity reports on calls, client engagements, and outcomes to the Company’s Chief of Staff for further analysis.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Strong English language skills (verbal and written) to communicate effectively with clients and document activities accurately.
  • CRM & Prospecting Tools: Experience in using HubSpot CRM for tracking sales and client activities and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Sales & Communication Skills: Demonstrated experience in cold calling, sales, and building strong relationships with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions clearly.
  • Self-Motivation & Goal-Orientation: A proactive, goal-oriented approach to sales, with a willingness to make a high volume of calls and consistently meet performance expectations.
  • Task Management: Ability to efficiently handle and prioritize multiple tasks and leads, ensuring no lead or opportunity is overlooked.

Preferred Skills

These skills, while not required, are highly preferred and would make you a standout candidate:

  • Previous experience in cold calling or sales roles, especially within a professional services environment (e.g., healthcare, finance, consulting).
  • Familiarity with physician practices and the unique challenges they face in managing and growing their operations.
