Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify potential clients, including businesses and organizations, who may benefit from our corporate training courses.
  • Sales Presentations: Present and sell customized corporate training solutions to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our programs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure ongoing business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets & Closing Deals: Achieve sales targets and close deals by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, conversions, and revenue. Provide regular updates to the team on performance and progress.
  • Negotiation: Work with clients on pricing and course packages to align with their business goals and budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to understand product offerings and provide feedback on customer requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, ideally in corporate training, education, or professional services, is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate training solutions and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to drive sales in a commission-based environment and close deals effectively.
  • Self-Motivation & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on customer service and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Time Management: Efficient in managing your schedule and prioritizing tasks for maximum productivity.
