Privat is seeking a Commission Sales Associate to join our team in Rawalpindi, Punjab. This role requires a self-motivated, customer-focused individual with a strong ability to engage with potential clients and meet sales targets. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales and increasing business through direct sales efforts, while also ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commission Sales Associate at Privat, you will:
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients to promote and sell products/services.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and fostering brand loyalty.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
- Product Knowledge: Provide detailed product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Negotiation & Closing: Engage in negotiations and close sales effectively to achieve business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to improve sales techniques, strategies, and results.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report them to the relevant supervisors or managers.
