AB Worldwide Call Hub is looking for a dynamic Customer Sales Representative to join our team in Rawalpindi. This is a full-time on-site role that requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about sales and customer service. As a representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and close sales deals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, your key duties will include:
- Customer Inquiries: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to address inquiries about products and services.
- Product Information: Provide accurate information to potential customers regarding the features and benefits of our products.
- Sales Target Achievement: Close sales by converting leads into customers, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers with issues, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to enhance customer experiences and achieve company goals.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional tone.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a call center or similar environment.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
- Fluency in English: Must be fluent in the English language, with proficiency in speaking and understanding.
- Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required.
