AA Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Representative/Call Center Agent to join our team, working with a packaging industry project focused on an international audience, specifically in the USA and UK markets. We are looking for motivated individuals with exceptional English communication skills who can handle customer inquiries, manage sales processes, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Sales Representative, your duties will include:
- Handling Inquiries: Manage incoming customer calls, chats, and emails, providing accurate information and creating a positive customer experience.
- Generating Sales Leads: Identify potential sales opportunities and generate sales inquiries through customer interactions.
- Sales Conversion: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Project Manager to ensure customer inquiries are converted into confirmed sales.
- Follow-Up Activities: Conduct periodic follow-ups with leads to increase the conversion rate of inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs, and work closely with the estimation team to provide timely price quotations.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and resolve them effectively, offering appropriate solutions within company guidelines and production capabilities.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, interactions, artwork requests, special customer needs, and other important details.
- Coordination with Teams: Liaise with the design and shipping teams to ensure the timely delivery of orders and the implementation of customer-requested artwork changes.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Fluency in English: Strong spoken and written English skills are required.
- Educational Background: A graduation degree in any discipline.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with international clients.
- Fresh Candidates Welcome: Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Experience (Preferred): 2 to 3 years of prior experience in packaging is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work in the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
