Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Conducting outbound calls to introduce products and services to potential customers.

- Using cold-calling strategies to target the US market and convert leads.
- Maintaining a robust client database by accurately gathering and recording customer information.

- Building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of outbound call experience, preferably in US campaigns.

- Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with persistence and patience for cold calling.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn for lead generation.
